Talk Description Modern institutions invest heavily in measuring skills, personality, and performance. Yet burnout, leadership failures, and career misalignment continue to rise. Ancient Indic thought approached human capability differently—through the idea of svabhava, one's natural disposition toward contribution. This talk explores how the concept of Varna originally emerged as a framework for understanding different modes of human contribution—and how this insight may help address modern leadership and institutional challenges.
